DH RACING WARRANTY POLICY
DH Racing warrants its products under this limited warranty policy. This Warranty Policy applies solely to: (i) DH Racing Products purchased directly from DH Racing or DH Racing authorized dealers (each a “DH Racing Product” and collectively, the “DH Racing Products”) and (ii) the original purchaser of such DH Racing Product (“Purchaser”). This Warranty Policy is non-transferable and all claims under this Warranty Policy must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. The terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy are subject to change by DH Racing at any time without notice.
All DH Racing products have one year warranty from the date of delivery. For all products specifically labeled with one year warranty, the warranty coverage includes any and all manufacture defects under normal use and service, but does not cover wear and tear.
To submit a claim for a DH Racing Product under this Warranty Policy, you must: (i) provide at least three photos or videos to prove the defect of the DH Racing product you receive; and (ii) provide DH Racing with a copy of an original sales receipt indicating that you are the original Purchaser of the DH Racing Product for which the claim is being submitted. In addition, if requested by DH Racing, you must also send the DH Racing Product for which a claim is being made, all transportation expenses prepaid, to DH Racing.
Disclaimer of Warranties for Improper Installation, Use or Operation, Etc.
DH Racing strongly recommends that all DH Racing Products be installed by a trained professional. Any issues with compatibility or installation should be addressed by a trained professional before attempting to install any DH Racing Product. Any information or suggestions by DH Racing with respect to a DH Racing Product concerning application, specifications, or installation is provided solely for your convenient reference and are made without any representation as to accuracy or suitability. A trained professional must verify and test the suitability of any information with respect to a DH Racing Products for your specific use.
This Warranty Policy does not apply and DH Racing fully disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for any damages, including damages to DH Racing Products, or injury to persons, related to the improper installation, use, make any changes to any of the components of the DH Racing product, or operation of the DH Racing Products, including but not limited to: the incorrect opening of radiator pressure caps; burst hoses; application or usage not intended by DH Racing; negligence; improper installation; and any other use that may cause damage or injury. DH Racing will not be responsible for injury or harm to persons or property when caused by persons or vehicles using DH Racing Products.
General Warranty Guidelines
▶ All claims must be accompanied with at least three pictures of the DH Racing Product showing the issue for which the claim is being submitted.
▶ DH Racing asks for customer to inspect their purchased item for any damage immediately upon arrival. Any product deemed dead on arrival (DOA) must be claimed within 14 business days of delivery.
▶ When DH Racing accepts a claim, DH Racing retains full discretion to choose if it will: (i) repair or replace Purchaser’s original DH Racing Product; (ii) replace Purchaser’s original DH Racing Product with the most current available model.
